This led to the publication of his book 'Musical Truth' in 2016, with Volume 2 following in early 2018. FAZE-O: RIDIN' HIGH
Many a hip-hop head will doubtless be familiar with the hazy, mesmeric groove of this soulful classic without necessarily knowing the name, as it's been heavily sampled, most notably by The Bushbabeez. More recently, it cropped up on the double compilation album marking 20+ years in the business of Fabio & Grooverider. It clearly made an impression on Groove in his pre-D&B funk/ rare groove days, and rightly so. A more exquisite laid-back vibe it's difficult to find.
